The 2nd Biotech Wheat Breeding Forum

Biotech Breeding is becoming an important area in modern agriculture. To enhance international cooperation and exchanges in wheat biotech breeding and to improve breeding effectiveness, the second Biotech Wheat Breeding Forum will be held in Jinan, China on May 17 - 20, 2024. It is organized by the Shandong Association for Science & Technology, China, and will be co-sponsored by the Genetic Society of Shandong, the National Key Laboratory for Wheat Improvement, the Jinan Key Laboratory for Biotech Breeding, and the Spring Valley Agriscience Co., Ltd. This forum will gather global experts, scholars and industrial representatives from the field of wheat biotech breeding, and will discuss and share the latest scientific progress, applied technology and industrial development in wheat biotech breeding. The theme of this forum is "Wheat Biotech Breeding - Innovation and Practice", focusing on wheat germplasm, hybrid vigor, genome selection, breeding technology, novel cultivars, and whole-industry-chain, and will discuss the latest in the field of wheat breeding and the future development. We sincerely invite global experts and scholars who are engaged in related research to participate in this forum.
